How Can I Make a Complaint?
If you are dissatisfied in any way with our services, we will do all we can to sort the problem out quickly, investigate fairly and to fully explain the outcome of our enquiries.

Most problems can be resolved by the person you normally deal with at C & M Alternative Provision, so it is best to talk to them first if you can. If they are unable to help, or you would prefer to speak to someone else, you can always request to speak to our Team Manager, Martin Hanratty.

If your problem can't be dealt with by talking to a member of our team or the Team Manager, then you may wish to make a direct complaint.
